Hi Amit,
I have a problem with my computer. I had a virus, had it removed with Malwarebytes Anti-Virus program, then I re-scanned with Norton’s Anti-viris program. In the meantime,
the virus had erase my IP address to my computer. I cannot connect to the Internet through Broadband nor my local connections. I’ve tried going to the:
start, run,cmd,ipconfig/release,exit. Then I would to my network places, click on Internet Protocol ISP/IP and put in 123123 and click on the tab for numbers to pop up under the sub mask. click on OK, then go back in there and click on automatic change my IP address, puts everything back the way it was. My IP address is nothing but zero’s. Won’t let me change it. I have had a tech come out to check my modem and hook up, everything is working properly. It is my computer. Cannot connect to Broadband. Need Help.
Will I have to reinstall my computer?
Please advise.
Thanks in advance.

Seems you’re in great trouble. Just repair your os via recovery disc. That would definitely solve your problem.
