Serious Duplicate content issue..

Hi Amit,
Your advice in this matter is highly required. It has been rightly said that if you want to do something do it yourself. I did a great mistake by allowing my friend to post in my blog. Today I found out that almost more than 70 % of his posts are duplicate content taken from here and there. I have to delete all his post. But before that please let me know, should I mark his post as “No index and no follow” in the robots.txt or should I completely delete all his posts ?. Amit have you ever faced this kind of problem ? Pls advice what to do ?

I would recommend you to directly delete those posts or either the copied content from those posts. Because if you are not going to remove that stuff your website will get penalised totally and you can lose more rankings.
