Well, can you please let me know the name of the software you are using in this section (Help desk).

Also, as far as I remember, you were earlier using BBPress forum software in this section. Can you please point out some of the advantages/disadvantages of this new script over BBPress?

Thanks Deepak for the wishes. Iam using a WordPress Q&A theme for this setup and moved from bbpress because this one is more easy to understand for the readers rather than the normal forum type bbpress looks and no development by the bbpress team.
