Quache tempo fa ho dovuto reinstallare il sistema versione W. 7 a causa virus che avevano danneggiato files. Io Vi chiesi come reinmpostare il servizio in oggetto (domanda titolo. Tutto sembrava andare bene ma quando scrivo su Word o Excell non riesco a stampare. Quando clicco stampa appare finestra stampante e invece di “pronta” appare “in pausa”.
Anche un tecnico non è riuscito a modificare. Cosa posso fare? Ho anche reinstallato e se vado sulla stampante è tutto a posto. Per tutte le altre cose appare scritta “pronta” e stampa.
