Issue of Copyright Contents !

Hi Amitji,
Reference : Google Adsense Income Targets + Blog Investments & Achieving 100$/day

As per your suggestion, everything is going as per the plan. But currently I am facing a new problem of ‘Copyright Contents Issue !’ The part time content writers that I have appointed are typing contents from this or that book or guide books (both old and new ) and then changing 1 or 2 lines and submitting the contents. Last time they have submitted 10 essay for ICSE school student for the blog, but later I found 4 out of 10 taken from a local essay book . They are going to the college library with laptops and instantly creating contents on any topic.
I know that you have also hired some experts for content creation, so please let us know how you manage to prevent them from submitting any copyright content. We don’t have control on freelancer and part time writers.
Also let us know what are the adverse consequence if any publisher found it’s articles in our website . Yesterday I contacted a tech savvy lawyer and discussed that issue with him, but he says nothing will happen and gave me the examples of Scrib, Ezinearticles and many allied websites. I have personally seen 100′s of copyright articles in many article sharing websites. But simultaneously I know those are big websites and they can manage, but I can’t.
We also don’t have any control on Guest Writers, because their are millions of books and magazines, anyone can take an article and guest post on any website, and we will never know the original source. Everything seems to be confusing.
I will like to take the opportunity to request you to throw a light on this issue from your perspective.

Hey, in order to make you understand first of all you need to keep 1 thing in mind, any copied content on your website will penalize its rankings and would make you lose money. So instead of hiring useless writers, opt for good ones who only write original stuff. You can also check out the following links which give you tools to find out copied content.

Do you think nothing could be happen…
If some hard worker take some steps then what will you do? This is not indian court. Don’t ever copied every single line of any other blogs. if you are reviewing products that is different thing.

1) you will lose all you data in hosting company for copy rights. Because for hosting company this matter of market value.
2) Advertising networks may down your account.
3) You will lose your name and fame. Because domain registered on your name.

So, beware for copied contents, Still if you are doing extensive research give credit to source. This is what really matters.
Shall i know how adbrite and infolinks performing on your blog?
