just press ctrl+shift+B
or Open chrome–>click settings icon on top right–>tools–>always show bookmark bar.

For Showing Bookmark bar u should click on setting which on the rightmost side of ur browser and then u find there a TOOLS icon u should click on it and then u find there a “Always show bookmark bar” icon,by clicking on it ur bookmark bar will show always.
or u can simply do this by pressing ctrl+shift+B
and for making bookmark to any url simply press ctrl+B
