I have seen some sites, that they are using more than 336 width google ads. How to add those type of ads in our blogs? I am giving the screen shot of fixya.com ad below.

Looks like premium adsense ads..
Or you can add three 460*60 ads one above each other. i saw this in few blogs.

As rahul already mentioned those are Premium Publisher Ads which are offered to top adsense publishers only.

In http://www.askdavetaylor.com/whats_an_adsense_premium_publisher.html, they explained 20 million page views are required to get the premium publisher ads. But is that quantity, per day or per month?
