I want to change my blog name to words including Tech ,how this affect traffic from search engines from Google ,how my back links affect what happen to my page rank

Amit yes I am asking to change my blog title ,after change my blog title to tech niche can Google finds if I type with that name .

The change of web blog title / name can affect you in the short term but the change would be helpful if you have a more relevant title, though your question is confusing because you are not clear if you are looking for the blog title change or the blog url change.
If its just title change then there wont be much effect to the backlink’s because it will be helpful if the external links will have your desired title for better ranking.
If you are making a blog url change then you can do a 301 redirect for the old blog in order to completely transfer the rankings & backlinks.
