Help! Stuck with Paypal conditions

Sir,
I am having a paypal account and I just wanted to know that why Paypal wants credit details of mine, because I am a student and just earning some money from pay to click concept and the same is transferred to paypal account, is it required that we should have a credit card. If so, please tell from which bank shall i obtained the same Iam having the account in the Bank of India, will they accept the same and more over when I try to enter my debit card details it is not accepting, IT SAYS THAT YOUR BANK HAS DENIED FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT YOUR BANK.
and
when I give them the credit card details what will the uplifted amount of withdrawal per month and over all, because at present my account is personal type so the amount per month is restricted to 500$ per month and overall 3000$ for my account to draw the money

Hey
You need to get a Credit Card from any Major Bank like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, CITIBANK whose Credit Cards are accepted by most shopping sites. Also if you are not able to get a CC you can go with the current limits and withdraw upto 500$/month only.
