all-in-one-seo-pack plugin reason for blog down

My blog articles2u.com down daily half hour for 3 days. I contact my hosting service provider DreamHost.
They replied “It could be that its a combination of a high traffic period of the day and one of your plugins interacting in such a way that your site stops responding. I would recommend that you disable all of your plugins except for Akismet and WP Super Cache and then see if this happens for you again tomorrow. If it doesn’t, then one of those plugins was likely causing the problem. In particular, I would recommend that you disable the all-in-one-seo-pack plugin for sure.”
I have very less number of plugin (Different Posts Per Page, WP-PageNavi, Link Indication, related post, one for youtube video, sitemap, all in one seo, aksismet).
Wp super cache already removed – http://www.amitbhawani.com/help/topic/wp-super-cache-plugin-reduce-google-adsense-click-value
If i disable all-in-one-seo-pack plugin, my blog SE traffic affected.
Please help me solve this problem…

Yes… I done all steps suggested by you.
But problem not solved. Now i have paln $120 per year on dreamhost. On starting they said that it able to manage 3000 to 4000 traffic (with super cache) per day. But i am not reach 1000 per day but problem started.
I need best server with cheap rate around $200 per month. It capable to manage above 5000 traffic per day without error.
I also want to know your server and traffic (http://www.amitbhawani.com).

First thing companies like DreamHost to suck but instead of blaming them we should work on our own scripts. Look into your plugins folder and check out your database if its optimized or not.
First of all dont disable Akismet, Wp Super Cache & All in one Seo Pack Plugins
Next perform a Wp Clean Options run up followed by repairing your database in the Cpanel.
Let me know if this solves the problems.
