IP Messenger
This is a pop up style LAN Messenger for multi platforms.
It is based on TCP/IP(UDP).
It does not require server machine.
Simple, lightweight, and compact size.

You can chat with your neighbourhood via lan.

IP Messenger is one of the awesome tool which allows you to chat on LAN or network with other people if they are using the same software. The software slowly detects people who are using the it in the network and adds to them your list with the name set in the software.
