Am in need of a software using which i can extract any kind of text or content from the Photos i have. These are some important documents which i have stored on my computer and i need the text to be emailed. Is it possible for free?

You can use the a free software called http://www.free-ocr.com/ which is a online application where you can upload JPG, GIF, TIFF BMP or PDF format files and then get the text extracted from it. The software is quite useful but has a few limitations like only the first page is extracted,
