What about placement in Engg colleges during 3rd year..?

I think the Placement processes during the third year should have been stopped because after having placed most of the student do not devote as much to their studies. And so this third year placement process must be stopped.

The Placement processes are now conducted in SEMESTER-VII i.e. in Fourth year.

Placement is depend on your college reputation if it is good,then big companies pickup youand one more thing is it depends on your talent also.

This is a nice. In India a very few colleges provide placements after 3rd year. The placement is the hard work of a student. hence it is not a good idea to stop the placement after 3rd year. And it depends upon the company whether to continue the less hard working students or not. If the company is strict & searching for talent then the students have to study.
