If you have passed your 12th class then you can join the CA Course and get into the initial program which would require you to write a test. Yes dear you are eligible for C.A. Actualy you have to register youself with IcaI institute of chartered accountants of india as soon as possible so that you got study material for preparhig first exam as entrace in CA course.
This time registraton and study material fees is Rs-6500 .
As you are a mathe student it will very helpful to you.
